Please keep in mind, we do not make any edits to the photos; we only crop them. To ensure the best result, please choose a high-quality photo with good lighting that showcases your dog's face in all its glory. The photo will print as is. We will crop out the background and isolate your dog's face from the photo.
Our bookmarks are printed on glossy photo paper and are laminated to make them waterproof and scratch-resistant. Hello, We currently only accommodate proof requests for orders of 5+ bookmarks since they would all be on the same page and would not affect the production time of other orders. Multiple bookmark orders are printed on one page in order to be eco-friendly and not waste material. For this reason, if one order requests a proof and does not respond timely, it will delay the production process for multiple other orders. Unfortunately, this was our experience when accepting proof requests where we would not receive a response until days later 90% of the time, so we have pivoted away from proof requests in order to best meet our customers' needs.
